Michèle Anne Barocchi of MAPS Italia attended SCALE 2026 in Prague, the international conference on new therapies for mental health.
Organized by PsychedelicsEUROPE and PSYRES at Prague Castle, SCALE asks how to turn research progress into real access to care: regulatory frameworks for psychedelic-assisted therapies, clinical integration in EU member states and reimbursement pathways, with a particular focus on the treatment of PTSD and war-related trauma.
Michèle was there to learn and to take part in discussions on the future of MDMA research and the path toward regulatory approval in Europe.
The main conference was held on October 13; October 12 and 14 were dedicated to side events.
